Do you use artificial flavors?

All our Dutch Crunch ingredients are natural and contain zero artificial flavors.

Is Max's Dutch Crunch gluten-free?

No. Max's Dutch Crunch contains wheat which is composed of gluten.

Is Max's Dutch Crunch organic?

Our current offering of Dutch Crunch is not organic.

Is Max's Dutch Crunch vegan friendly?

Yes! There is no dairy, egg, or honey used in our recipe.

Can I eat Max's Dutch Crunch if I have food allergies?

Our Dutch Crunch contains wheat, which is considered an allergen. In addition, Max’s Dutch Crunch is manufactured in a facility that may process other products that contain wheat, egg, milk, and soy.

Is Max's Dutch Crunch kosher?

Max’s Dutch Crunch is not currently Kosher.

Does Max's Dutch Crunch contain high fructose corn syrup?

Our Dutch Crunch contains no high fructose corn syrup or corn syrup solids.

Does Max's Dutch Crunch contain hydrogenated oils?

No hydrogenated oils or trans fats are contained in our Dutch Crunch.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

How soon after I place my order will it ship?

To ensure maximum freshness, orders placed by 11:59 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be baked and shipped the following day. Orders placed between 12:00 AM PST Friday and 11:59 PM PST Sunday will be baked shipped the following Monday. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM PST on a Tuesday will ship Wednesday. An order placed at 2:00 PM PST on Saturday will ship the following Monday.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to make sure that your order goes out on time. If you would like to make a change before your order has shipped, please reach out to us and we will do our best to modify or cancel your order.

How do I return or exchange an item from my order?

Since Max's Dutch Crunch is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or issues regarding our products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can work with you on a fix!

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information enclosed.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands?

Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands. We do however ship to the Contiguous US!

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses?

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or International Addresses.
